Top Veneto Wildlife Watching in 2026

A genuine family-run farm between Lake Garda and Verona, away from the crowds. Here you don't just watch the animals — a member of the family guides you to meet them up close: alpacas, horses, ponies, Highland cattle, sheep, goats, donkeys and friendly farmyard animals, learning how to approach each one safely and respectfully. It's hands-on, unhurried and genuinely educational — perfect for families and curious travelers of every age. The visit ends with a tasting of the farm's own products and local specialties — two local cheeses, wildflower honey, seasonal fruit and a drink pairing — each telling the story of the land and the people who work it. Pets are welcome, parking is free, and the slow pace invites you to reconnect with nature. An authentic slice of rural Italian life, just a short drive from the lake.
