Discover the tradition of olive oil on a visit to our family-run DA company, which has been producing quality extra virgin olive oil for generations. Walking through the olive groves, you will enjoy a panoramic view of Trevi while learning the secrets of our moraiolo plants. The visit continues in the company oil mill, where you can see the production process. Your experience ends with a tasting of our organic oil, stored in historic rooms at a controlled temperature.

Guests are invited to take an exclusive tour of an olive mill dated 1962 and owned by host Marco, who is going to explain how the local olives are pressed to produce three types of olive oil. The tour is going to be followed by a degustation, in which smell and taste are the primary senses called upon to provide answers about the quality of the product. You will be guided on a tasting of three types of extra virgin olive oil and learn how to recognize its scent, taste, and other characteristics. And it was a surprise to appreciate unusual gastronomic combinations.

This is a magical place, where we only process olives from our cultivars, to create an excellent, precious and genuine oil, controlled at every stage. We will reveal all the stages of the production process of our extra virgin olive oil with an exclusive tour inside our oil mill. At the end, a tasting of our oils with wood-fired bread will be offered.

Bocale is a testament to the artisanal production of high quality wine while respecting the land, the environment and the people who have been working and living there for generations. The company has started in 2020 the conversion to organic farming. In the vineyard herbicides are not used, the soil is grassed between the rows to reduce mechanical work, erosion and runoff. The vineyard is treated with the technique of green manure generally favino and soil fertility is replenished with organic and mineral fertilizers without the use of chemicals. In the cellar are used only indigenous yeasts and neither microfiltrations nor stabilizations are done. The wine obtained is the result of an artisanal process respecting the environmental cycles and the natural attitudes of a territory. The winery spreads over 10 hectares, 6 of which are planted with vines, and has an average annual production of 35,000 bottles.
