Fantastic Shanghai day!!
Sammi is an incredible guide. She is so kind and really made us feel at home and comfortable in China. She gave us so much information about every place we stopped. Plenty of time to take pictures , taught us about tea and helped us buy some. Fantastic lunch at an authentic restaurant! What a great day to spend in Shanghai. We learned so much about the many different places in Shanghai, both old traditions and new. Thank you so much!

Everything about this...
Everything about this tour was top rate. Our tour guide Lea was great and had an excellent command of English. We learned a lot from her. We were driven around in clean comfortable cars. We had lunch at a very authentic restaurant (try the squirrel fish). Everything was on schedule and we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We could not have done this day trip without Viator.

Top Notch Tour and Guide
I was traveling solo for a work trip and had just a few hours to see as much as possible. Kalvin was punctual, super friendly, had excellent English and was super knowledgeable. I was able to customize my tour so we saw the places I was most excited for and he even helped me haggle on the souvenirs I bought. Set up was excellent- the car was immaculate and drive from location to location was smooth and saved us lots of time as the driver dropped us off and came back to pick us up when we were done. Alana reached out ahead of time to set up the tour and logistics and she was efficient, accommodating and informative. Overall a great way to see the city, whether you’re pressed for time or not. Felt very safe as a female solo traveller. Highly recommend.

A trip to a very old...
A trip to a very old village based around canals, bridges and farming. See the original houses that are now mostly shops and restaurants as well as a tranquil old private garden. Our guide Kalvin was both informative and entertaining as he took us back into the past to imagine what life was like all those years ago. Unfortunately it was too windy for us to do the canal ride but we got more time to look around the village and buy some authentic hand made souvenirs of our trip. Lunch in the local restaurant was based around the old time fishing and farming of the village and was delicious, especially the local freshwater fish.
