This moment will be dedicated to a tasting of wines from the 1960s to the present day, to cover the spectrum of the Gamay grape variety through time. The wines will be accompanied by a dozen cheeses and seasonal gourmet products. Last tasting of the day after lunch and before returning to Lyon. As a wine merchant, WSET3 graduate, I'll be joining you on the day to talk about French wine and its specific characteristics. A private chauffeur will drive us throughout the day.
