The golden sands and consistent waves of Espadilla Norte Beach make it a popular destination for surfers in the Manuel Antonio National Park. With this tour, hone your surf skills or learn to catch your first wave with a surf lesson to suit your level. Learn beginner basics and pro tips from your surf instructors, then hit the waves to practice for as long as you like.

This group tour near Manuel Antonio takes you into the jungle for a yoga and hiking excursion, followed by lunch and even learning to make corn tortillas. You’ll start with a hotel pickup to keep things running smoothly, then your guide will organize yoga, a hike, a waterfall visit, and a well-earned lunch in a local’s home.

This experience stands out in Manuel Antonio as the only one combining a professional percussive massage gun with immersive ocean-wave therapy. While other activities focus solely on relaxation or adventure, ours delivers deep recovery and intense healing—enhancing circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system, relieving pain, reducing soreness, and preventing injury. It’s not just a massage; it’s a cutting-edge wellness revival designed to restore your body like nowhere else in the area.
