Next you'll take a scenic drive to Tsantiris Winery where after an extended tour in the whole winery, you'll taste 3 different wines where every sip will offer a taste of the Ikarias rich culinary heritage. Afianes wines continues the inherited winemaking techiques that trace back to ancient Greece. We press our wines by foot in a granite press and ferment these wines in clay amphorae buried in the earth. Come taste history and discover the magic of these ancestral style wines!
