Offering them a small carrot treat creates an immediate bond before you board the carriage and begin your ascent into a world that feels untouched by the modern clock. From the very first moment, the atmosphere is utterly enchanting. As you glide past historic stone houses nestled against the mountain slopes, the air fills with the signature scent of mastic trees, creating an authentic sensory experience that stays with you. Even in the heart of January, the landscape remains defiantly lush and emerald, as if spring has chosen to never leave this village. What truly sets this tour apart is the slow rhythm. While the rest of the world hurries, the steady beat of hooves on the path works to stop time, washing away the noise and rush of city life. This is more than a simple sightseeing trip; it is a peaceful encounter where nature and history are not just seen, but deeply felt.
