Ancient aliens? I think not.
Easy walk with a minimal amount of uphill and a minimal amount of stairs. You begin in Tiwanaku, see the whole complex, then visit the museums and seethe 7 meter (22 foot) tall obelisk unearthed at the sight.
Then you go to Puma Punku, which is not a large site. See the H blocks and other oddly bored stones.
Just remember a fair portion of the tour is getting to and from the sight.

This is an incredible sight in Bolivia. Our guide, Israel, is a very impressive and knowledgeable person. He is a good representative of the culture and people of Bolivia.

The ruins at Tiwanaku are a must-see for first-time visitors as well as history and archaeology buffs.
Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking over uneven surfaces, and bring sunblock and warm clothes.
At 13,000 feet (almost 4,000 meters) above sea level, the high altitude can be a problem for many visitors, so take it easy until you’re properly acclimated.
