SUPtime is all about promoting wellness for your body, mind, and soul through a full-body workout based on stand-up paddleboarding, connecting with nature, and relaxing and empowering meditation sessions on the water. You’ll receive personalized assistance from our certified SUP and Wellness instructor or our tour guide, depending on the experience. You’ll also have the chance to spot a variety of birds and lush vegetation, enjoy breathtaking views of Las Isletas, and take a refreshing swim in the lake’s warm waters with stunning views of Mombacho Volcano.
