Top Cartagena Wine Making Workshops in 2026

What makes this experience unique is the combination of Mediterranean history, local culture and wine storytelling in the heart of Cartagena. Rather than a traditional wine tasting, this experience explores how civilizations such as the Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Romans helped shape Mediterranean wine culture through trade, travel and life around ports like ancient Carthago Nova. The experience is designed to feel personal, welcoming and authentic — combining history, conversation, local wines and simple Mediterranean bites inspired by the region, including local ham, cheeses and olives. It offers cruise visitors the chance to experience a different side of Spain beyond the typical tourist routes, through the atmosphere, flavours and cultural identity of Cartagena and the Mediterranean world.
