During my courses, in which you will actively participate, we will make typical recipes of the local tradition (macaroni al ferretto, strongatura, swordfish, stockfish, preserves in oil, dried tomatoes, cured meats and local cheeses), we will use typical local tools, and there will be no shortage of the most representative recipes of the Italian territory (pizza, carbonara, norma, arancini, cannoli......).
