Top Brisbane Boat Rentals

Climbing the Story Bridge is impossible to do on your own, and for good reason. This guided climb sets it up, starting with a safety briefing at Howard Smith Wharves before you clip onto the static line and ascend the bridge's eastern side. Reach a platform around 262 feet (80 meters) up for wide views over the Brisbane River, Moreton Bay, and the Glass House Mountains.

Spend a blissful day on Moreton Island exploring the beaches, reef, and dunes on this tour from Brisbane or Surfers Paradise. Travel with an experienced guide in a rugged 4WD. You’ll snorkel or bodyboard, paddle transparent kayaks, and try sandboarding on the dunes: If sea conditions are unfavorable, take a 4WD island tour. Your day includes a picnic lunch on the beach but excludes national park fees and ferry tickets.

Reaching Moreton Island's clear waters and shipwrecks means a boat trip from Brisbane, easier to book as one package than pieced together. Take an all-inclusive day tour that handles the journey, then snorkel the Tangalooma Wrecks with a guide. Relax on the beach and break for a buffet lunch, watching for turtles, dolphins, and dugongs, which are often spotted in these waters.

Rent your own wheels while in Brisbane for a fun spin around the city that lets you set your own pace. Choose to rent a bike, rollerblades or scooter from the friendly staff at the Kangaroo Point shop. Get pointers on good bike paths and routes through town, whether you want to make a short 1.5-hour jaunt to nearby hot spots such as South Bank, the City Botanic Gardens or New Farm Park, or keep your wheels for a full day or longer in order to see more.

Soak up magnificent views of the Gold Coast from a spectacular vantage point: a hot-air balloon. Drift gracefully over pristine white-sand beaches, picturesque waterways, the towering skyscrapers of Surfers Paradise, and the Gold Coast Hinterland beyond during a thrilling sunrise flight. After, savor a decadent hotel buffet with Champagne. The flight’s early-morning departure means the rest of your day is free for other activities.

Spend a fun day on the waters of the Brisbane River on this Jet Ski Safari. Your guide will sort you out with full safety briefing- no prior experience or license is required. You can cruise past the Botanical Garden, South Bank, millionaire properties, and check out the gorgeous Brisbane skyline. Jetskis can hold one or two persons, whatever you like.
