By the end of the session you will be able to do the basic steps of the folklorist dance of Salento "Pizzica Pizzica" (Taranta). In this experience you will get a very significant portion of the Salento culture and you will not wish to be elsewhere.

Among intense scents and colors, you can walk among ancient olive trees, visit the underground and epigean oil mill and discover the evolution of the rural world over the centuries thanks to the attached museum of rural civilization. During the tour you will learn about all the processes that lead to the birth of extra virgin olive oil and taste the products of the farm.
