We had a great experience exploring the Forbidden City with Cindy. She was very knowledgeable and created an enjoyable experience for my father and I. She also got us into the Forbidden City quickly, which was helpful because the line can take 2 hours. We highly recommend this tour.

Shane was so amazing with me and my elder mother, very patient and attentive. He helped us out in the rain through the Great Wall and gave us good recommendations for the trip, never rushed us. On the way back we asked him to drop us off at a different location and there was no issues. We’re very grateful and satisfied

Travelling with 3 young kids can be challenging, but this tour made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. Mr. Zhang (our driver) and our guide Jessie were incredibly professional, always on time, and so accommodating. Jessie’s English was excellent, and she was amazing with our kids (ages 9, 6, and 4). She adjusted the pace perfectly for young families — no rushing, just lots of patience and understanding. The food over both days was fantastic, and the kids genuinely loved every meal. Jessie also kept them engaged with stories and explanations they could actually understand, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour for families with young kids — Jessie truly made the experience special for us!

Jenny was exceptional and enthusiastically shared the history of China with us. She adeptly customized the tour and was very accommodating as some venues were closed due to a state visit. She is an outstanding ambassador for China and Chinese culture.

Thanks to our outstanding tour guide, Ms Jenna, we enjoyed a fabulous time at the Forbidden City even though we had only reserved on short notice. Ms Jenna speaks English very well and has the ability to convey both the history of this outstanding palace and compelling personal stories of the generations of emperors and their families who governed China from this site since the 15th century.

Our guide was Maggie, she’s very knowledgeable & a fluent English speaker. She brought the history of the Great Wall & Summer Palace to life for us, connecting the history we learnt in the forbidden city 2 days before. You will gain so much more by having a guide, plus of course the local knowledge she shared with us all. The great wall is just that, great, an amazing feat of construction in a mountain top location, very well restored with stunning views. There’s a lot of steps but it’s so worth it & less crowded than the other common location to visit. We went up by chairlift, great views & chose the toboggan ride to come down, good fun! The summer palace is well worth a visit, the centre piece being the huge lake & the world’s longest corridor. Set in beautiful gardens, the summer residence of the Emporers. A great day with a great guide!

This was great! I was in Beijing on the busiest weekend of the year and the team made sure we left early enough to beat the crowds. Alvin was a great driver and acted as a guide all the way up to the wall. He helped me order some lunch and even made a pit stop at a tea house if I wanted.

This is a beautiful part of the wall to visit, offering a great 6km hike, and fewer crowds than parts of the wall closer to Beijing. Jackie was a great driver, and it was very convenient to hire someone if you’re short on time as this part of the wall is 2-2.5 hours from Beijing.
