I recently booked a tour to the Great Wall of China with Mai, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From start to finish, Mai was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable, taking care of all the details so we could simply relax and enjoy the day. Mai shared fascinating information about the history and significance of the Great Wall, bringing the site to life with her stories and insights. Her passion for her work was evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the tour. I would also like to mention our driver, who was exceptionally polite, professional, and efficient. He ensured we traveled comfortably and safely throughout the day, and his punctuality and courteous attitude added greatly to the overall positive experience. The Great Wall itself was absolutely breathtaking, and having such a wonderful guide and driver made the experience even more memorable. Mai was patient, attentive, and always happy to answer questions or help with photos. Her warm personality and excellent organization turned a great excursion into an unforgettable one. Sally was a great guide! She entertained us with stories and answered all of our questions throughout the tour. She gave us interesting information without overloading us. She also knew all the best spots for pictures and was more than happy to help take photos (which is super nice when you're a solo traveler.) I would definitely recommend adding this tour (especially by Sally) to your Beijing experience.

We had a great experience exploring the Forbidden City with Cindy. She was very knowledgeable and created an enjoyable experience for my father and I. She also got us into the Forbidden City quickly, which was helpful because the line can take 2 hours. We highly recommend this tour.

Travelling with 3 young kids can be challenging, but this tour made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. Mr. Zhang (our driver) and our guide Jessie were incredibly professional, always on time, and so accommodating. Jessie’s English was excellent, and she was amazing with our kids (ages 9, 6, and 4). She adjusted the pace perfectly for young families — no rushing, just lots of patience and understanding. The food over both days was fantastic, and the kids genuinely loved every meal. Jessie also kept them engaged with stories and explanations they could actually understand, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour for families with young kids — Jessie truly made the experience special for us!

A wonderful tour of the Forbidden City with our guide Sonia. The whole process from booking until the end of the tour was well organised and seamless. Sonia was very kind and super knowledgeable. She was a great communicator and taught us so much about Beijing and Chinese history as well as about more modern life. Even though the area itself is very busy, she helped create a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It really enriched our visit of the capital and I would highly recommend.

The trip exceeded our expectations and Jay was an amazing guide, and helped us a lot! We all enjoyed, including our 5-year old child! We liked to have seen the great wall both with day and night view, I think one complements the other. The Jingshaling was great, not crowded and you get a glimpse of the history and admire the view. The sinatai was really scenic with the lights, worth visiting! The water town was very beautiful with the houses and the water canals, better than what we expected! The food we ate was really good! In general, I highly recommend this experience!

Oh man, we were SO glad to have done this tour. Doing a private tour is WAYYYY better than going on your own. Our amazing guide, Lucy, met us at our hotel with the driver right on schedule. The weather was a little foggy, so she switched up our itinerary so we could go to the Summer Palace and wait for the fog to clear before we went to the Great Wall. By the time we left, the weather was perfect and we were able to make it to the wall. She got us around the long security lines, and gave us guidance on how to go up via cablecar, walk down the wall to the chairlift/toboggan station to avoid the crowds. The walk was incredible, the crowds were manageable, and it was mostly downhill over uphill. She gave us so much information and history about The Wall as we went, and took SO many photos for us. After we got down (we were up there for a couple hours), she and our driver took us to a nice local buffet, before driving us back to Beijing. She also offered to buy tickets for an acrobatics show at a discounted price through the agency. So we did, and she even took us through the Business District to kill time before the show and show us some scenic spots, AND she and the driver waited for us after the show to pick us up. No stress, all fun, and super helpful and convenient. It was the best day we could’ve possibly had, and it’s all thanks to Lucy!!!
