This was an amazing tour! It was a great way to see some of the top sites Banff has to offer. The van was nice and comfortable and our guide Kieran was excellent! He was professional, funny and knowledgeable. His understanding of the area was beneficial to staying ahead of the crowds. I would definitely recommend this tour and Kieran!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience with Ken Ken! We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Rockies Journey, and so much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Ken Ken. From the very beginning, Ken Ken was attentive to our family’s needs, kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. He made us feel so comfortable that it honestly felt like we were spending the day with a friend rather than simply following a tour guide. He went out of his way to help us, took beautiful family photos for us, and made sure we could truly enjoy every moment. Our children absolutely loved spending the day with him! As parents of a child with additional needs, one thing meant especially much to us: Ken Ken welcomed our family exactly as we are. He was understanding, flexible and inclusive, and never once made us feel that our child’s differences or needs were an inconvenience. That kindness and acceptance made the experience so much more relaxing and special for our entire family. Thank you, Ken Ken, for your help, your patience, your wonderful sense of humour and positive energy, and especially for making us all feel so welcome and included. You helped make our visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake one of the highlights of our trip to Western Canada. We will remember this day for a very long time. This trip covered a lot of territory. Being on a bus allowed us to really take in the scenery. Our guide, Ashish, was great, knowledgeable and friendly. The time spent at each location was adequate. A little more time at Johnston Canyon would have been nice. Parking at these places was packed, so being on a bus avoided that hassle. Definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Kuya Red! He was very accommodating, patient, and always reminded us about our safety, which we really appreciated. He also gave us great recommendations on the best places and viewpoints to visit so we could maximize our time. Even when some joiners were late, he stayed patient and professional. We really enjoyed the whole experience—it was definitely worth it! Thank you, Kuya Red! 🏔️❤️

We were so happy with our tour today with Marco! He reached the night before our trip to confirm the pick up time and address which was much appreciated. We were travelling in a group of six Everybody had an amazing time! He shared fax about the local areas as we were driving through them also ask questions and got to know little about each of the passengers and where we are from and other things we were doing while we were in the area, it felt like travelling around with a good friend for the day. Our time at any of the stops was never cut short due to downs with traffic or congestion in parking areas, he also joined our group at the beginning of each stop to show us less congested places get great photos, and took photos of our group for us, which was so helpful. I definitely think their customer service and value in comparison to other tours easily makes them a number one choice!

I accidentally booked the wrong travel date, and the staff were incredibly kind and flexible in helping us change it. They accommodated our request so we could travel as planned. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for making a stressful situation so much easier. We really appreciate it!

Even with a smoky haze we had a wonderful trip on the Lake Minnewanka cruise! Both our tour guide and our captain (both Madeleines) were fantastic and made the morning very enjoyable! We learned a lot and the ride was nice and smooth. We got to see a bald eagle and other wildlife back on the shore as well! Would recommend for all ages if you're looking for something a little different outside of hikes and bus tours!
