An absolutely exemplary experience from start to finish. Our visit to the Gate of Heaven was made all the more memorable by our driver, whose professionalism, punctuality, courtesy, and impeccable attention to detail were truly commendable. He navigated the journey with effortless competence, ensuring that everything proceeded smoothly while also making us feel genuinely well looked after. His knowledge of the area and thoughtful approach added a wonderful dimension to the excursion, and his calm, accommodating manner was particularly appreciated. The Gate of Heaven itself was spectacular, but having such a capable and gracious driver undoubtedly elevated the entire experience. A thoroughly first-rate service and a driver who deserves the highest praise. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone visiting the area.

We were picked up bright and early from our villa by our amazing guide Mangdut (Mang). He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We got to see so many beautiful sights along with a delicious lunch. We got the best pictures on this trip of the heavenly island. Cannot recommend this enough.

When our driver Dika arrived to collect us we gave him an idea of places we would like to visit. He suggested various places of interest that were within a short distance of one another & we certainly weren't disappointed as they fitted the bill perfectly. He was extremely polite & nothing was too much trouble, giving us plenty of time to look around each venue. He made our day very memorable & we would certainly recommend using him to anyone in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful day!

Very impressive temple grounds and the fire dance was one of the most unique things we saw on our trip. Eddy was an amazing guide, extremely informative and knew the answer to every question we had. You’ll be in the absolute best hands if you get him.

This is a brilliant way of exploring Ubud, customising it as you go. Our guide, Wayan Suyasa, was excellent. He was very helpful and informative, acting as a cultural bridge, sharing the hidden meanings behind Balinese rituals, temple architecture and traditions. I would highly recommend it as a way of getting to know the area and booking it privately gives the additional advantage of flexibility. Make sure that you have some Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with you.

Really great day with the tour guide Santika. He took great care of us and we felt really safe in his car in the crazy traffic and on the windy roads. The attractions were all really good and the lunch was delicious and in a beautiful spot. The swing over the rice paddies was a highlight. One thing you need to be aware of is if you want to take photographs in the waterfall as my teenage daughters did then there is a 2 hour queue by late morning so try and get there as early as possible!

My wife and I had a great time it’s roughly around two hours passing through amazing scenic jungles and stopping twice for beer and coconut We also had a chance to swim for awhile in the river. Our guide was very experienced and we had so much fun, even though The river was slow due to dry season. Totally recommended.

Siman made our experience great! He helped navigate through crowds and made us feel like we were just along for the ride which was really nice. The beaches were beautiful and they accommodated for the rain and had umbrellas and everything which was helpful. Highly recommend Siman!
