Wonderful and flawless experience with Viator from booking my private tour, customizing my trip as per the available time and accommodating to flight delays, picking me up from the airport, taking me around in Abu Dhabi and then to drop off to the hotel at the end of the tour! My tour guide Shazad was extremely courteous, friendly, flexible and knowledgable! He was helpful with suggesting places for shopping, food and gave some safely tips. At the end of the trip, I was dropped off to my hotel safely. With the time limitation, we had to cut out few places to visit but we were able to accomplish visits to most of the interesting and important places on my list. I planned my layover trip to Abu Dhabi on the way to India and I am so glad I made the choice of private tour with Viator. This tour was great if you have limited time in the city. We had an over night stay between stops so wanted to squeeze in a quick tour of Abu Dhabi highlights. Loved the Mosque and presidential palace. The heritage market was touristy and doesn’t require a long stop. The Emirates Palace was beautiful.

A long day but a well paced one with breaks for morning coffee at the Marina, lunch with fountains and Burj Khalifa view at The Mall and afternoon tea Creekside in the Old Town after visiting the gold and spice markets. Ronnie was a friendly, informative and attentive guide.

Great way to be driven to all the main attractions

The tour was with Ratheesh. He was very polite and accommodating, took us to all the places you read about in the guides, like the Grand Mosque, Date Market, etc. In each place he generally dropped us off and gave us freedom to choose how much time to spend there. It was very flexible, we could just WhatsApp him if we wanted to change the end time. It was generally up to us to find out information about the places we visited: he knew things like when they were built and how much they cost. He told us some interesting things about living as a foreigner in Abu Dhabi. At the Date Market he helped us navigate all the possibilities. Thanks to him we got a great one-day tour of Abu Dhabi's main attractions.

Our private tour with Shenu was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited in the full day tour. He also provided clothes for the Grand Mosque for me and my friend to make sure we respected the cultural norms. He even found us a fantastic lunch venue to take a break from the heat. We were also able to customize our tour to make sure we saw only the places we were interested in seeing. Shenu took amazing photos for us and knew all the best spots to capture the cities’ beautiful architecture. Highly rated guide and excellent service.
