Very special experience
A wonderful experience in a beautiful environment. Visiting the Emirates Palace Mandarin Hotel is unforgetable, from the palatial tiled lobby with its immense ceiling, the grand staircase, chandeliers and Episodes floral layout, you wont be disappointed. The Palace Cappuccino in a beautiful china cup and saucer is delightful with a delicious light cake, and attentive staff who ensure you are having the best time. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Amazing Full Day Tour with Shafeer who was the BEST guide, driver, historian and photographer
Had a wonderful day thanks to the the BEST guide - Shafeer for our full day sightseeing, he was extremely knowledgeable about the local area, great company, a safe driver and the BEST photographer.
We travelled in a lovely comfortable car, Shafeer provided us with water and juices regularly and nothing was too much trouble.
Thanks very much for a lovely memorable experience!!

Day trip to Abu Dhabi
Great trip overall to Abu Dhabi. Our driver and guide Mr Khan was superb as was Richard, our guide inside the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.
Only thing that was a little disappointing was the way the large tour groups were herded around the Mosque, but still an amazing experience.

Good service
Good overview about Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Able to go to places we wanted to.
Mum has to have her food on time. He ensured she had her food properly and went through photo points as well.

Enriching and perfect day spent in Abu Dhabi
We had a wonderful tour of all the places we were interested in seeing. Our guide Mirza is a real gem, sharing with us historical facts and significance of the various landmarks along the way.
We had our elderly mother with us, and Mirza was very mindful of that when he parked to allow her to easily get in and out of the car.

Definitely worthwhile
It was perfect!
Once you arrive go directly to the reception, they were extremely helpful. They will guide you to the Vendome. Ask if you can sit outside as the view is breathtaking.
The restaurant is not as glamorous as the rest of the hotel so you don't really need a spectacular outfit. Most of the men were wearing jeans and the women everyday dresses. Do not worry about covering shoulders and knees unless you'll be going on Friday or Saturday. Otherwise, the restaurant will be closer to empty. ( we were slightly overdressed but it was a birthday celebration so we didn't mind 😉 )
The staff is surprisingly kind and helpful. The buffet has many different options. I would suggest the pasta ( which they make at the spot, in front of you ), tartar salad ( if you're not a spicy lover go ahead and make your own one ) and of course the desserts!
Once you're done you can walk a little bit around the floor and see the rest of the common rooms. Enjoy!!
