Great excursion to see Zadar. All the highlights included . Would definitely recommend this tour as it was extremely hot and we are senior citizens.

This was a great way to see Zadar when you only have limited time - we were only there for a couple of hours as it was a cruise stop. Communication with the company was great and a cruise port pick-up was not a problem organise. Rocco our driver of for the 2 hours was friendly and knowledgeable. Zadar is not huge so there is limited things to see but you would still struggle with just a couple of hours.

Driver was pleasant, but the description of the tour advertised as 90 to 120 minutes and we only had 60 minutes. Driver picked us up at 11:45 and finished tour at 12:45. Definitely NOT worth the money.

our morning start quite early - with your request regarding the pick up - what we have adjested to your wishes.
We were at your location at 11:33, we did a full tour, included Spinix, Kolovare, Fosa, Greetings to the sun, Sea Organs, Barkajoli stop, On top of that we did a extra Vidikovac - panoramic point of Zadar; Puntamika beach and Taverna.
After 1:20 tour we come to the Forum where we usually do the 20 minutes stop for walking around to see the part of the city in pedestrian zone where we cannot enter with a car ( Cathedral, Forum, St Donat, Kalelarga) and after that stop we usually drive the guest back to their location.
As our driver explain to me - you wanted to stay in the old city, he asked that at the beginning of the tour - he said - Our last stop is on Roman forum, where you can stay to explore more of pedestrian zone, or you can go back to you hotel with Tuk after the 20 minutes stop.
He also did a few recommendations where to go and what to visit, where to cross to order the Uber.
If the would remain with us on tour, the tour would last more than 2 hours, since you decide to staop the tour on our last photo point - the tour was 1:20.
We have rejected your refund request - not because we are greedy, it's because we felt blackmailing in your review, where you blamed on our best driver - and we will not accept it.
We try to be fair, every time we make mistake, we are trying to compensate somehow to our guest, but this time we are sure you had a excellent driver and the tour with an extra effort. I would understand that you are not satisfied with quality of the tour, but timing of the tour was correct and prompt.

It was a wonderful experience. Our driver, whose name I cannot recall, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. The only downside was that the ride could be a little bumpy at times.

thank you for your feedback. Usually, if you take tuk tuk tour, you might expect the riding, instead of walking, my apologies if we have somewhere misleading text.
However, this tour is setup to see all major attractions in our city within certain timing, with stops for short walk or photo stops along the tour.
I'm sorry that your expectations were bit different, but next time I suggest that you try to talk with the drivers, we would adjust the tour as much as possible to your needs

Sadly our Tuk Tuk trip was changed for a new time, it was ok with us. Then on morning of trip the excursion was cancelled at last minute due to technical difficulties. Had alternate option of shuttle bus into town and did the same tour, without commentary, at our own pace for 3 hours.

I'll take the opportunity and say that I'm sorry about the situation - but sometimes technical issues are happening in last minute. We had a large number of tours today and unfortunately one of the cars shows technical error, and we have to pull out it to the service center.
Take our apologies once again, if there will be chance to take you on tour, i hope we will get the right review, not the one from unexperienced tour..

We booked this tour on February 9th for a May 9th excursion. Once we got there we received a message on WhatsApp to meet at 9:30 instead of 9:00. Once we went to our meeting spot, we were told that our booking wasnot caught by the tuck-tuck company. Needless to say they were not able to get us on the excursion and refunded our money. The point here is that we are on a cruise and reside in Canada. We are not coming back to Croatia and all the planning was for not. Not happy.

I really understand your frustration and we are deeply sorry for it.
The fact is that your reservation never pop up in our booking engine, and mistake is somewhere between Viator and our booking engine.
However, I know that it's not your concern, and in your eyes we become unprofessional; but our hands were tight - whole morning we were fully booked and we didn't have a chance to reschedule your booking.
We refunded you right away and we believe that 1* review is harsh since you didn't had a chance to see our experience.

Our guide, Roko was the best. He was very respectful of our limited mobility and responsive to what we wanted to see. His way of sharing history was informative and entertaining. Despite wind and rain, Roko made sure we had a great tour of Zadar, Croatia.

A fabulous way to explore the town. The Tuk Tuk is very comfortable - blankets are provided if its a bit chilly and waterproof covers and sides if its wet. Seatbelts also in the Tuk Tuk.
It was really informative and so much easier to see everything than if in a car or bus.
The small group size (4 max to a Tuk Tuk) made it very easy to chat with and ask questions of the guide/driver - who was very friendly and welcoming.
Zadar itself is very interesting with lots to see, great history and the sea organ is unbelievable - could have st there for many hours.

Simon was a great guide. Local and very knowledgeable about the history of Zadar. We took a trip around the city and he took us to a local fish market and outdoor food festival which was fantastic. Really appreciated this tour.

Such a fun way to explore Zadar. It was a relaxing and easy tour to see some of main sites. Tour guides were great and gave useful information. The kids enjoyed being on the tuk tuks which was a nice alternative to cars/buses.

We had bad weather and were contacted to reschedule for a more optimal time. Our guide was punctual, helpful, and had blankets to keep us warm. We stopped at the highlights of Zadar and learned a lot about the history. It was a fun way to see the city in a fun and intimate way. Thank you!

This tour was a lot of fun, as I had never before heard of a Tuk Tuk, much less ridden in one! The driver was very knowledgeable and the small group (4) was nice. He was willing to stop when we asked (assuming legally okay to do so), which was a unique, appreciated facet of this type of tour. Like so many cities in this region, the city has an interesting history.

Well there isn't much to do or see in Zadar, so this tour was a perfect way to see it all and have time to spend in the Old Town after. Driver was great at explaining the history of Zadar. Be cautious though. When you book a private tour, that's not what you get. Our tour was scheduled for 10am. We got a text the day before asking to move up our time to 9am. We agreed on 9:30. Then we found out why. We were being shoved in with another couple who was probably mad they were delayed because of us. So you pay for private and get a group. I was mad about that. I will never agree to change our scheduled time again now that I know why they are doing it. Otherwise, the Tuk Tuk is a fun way to see the sights.

Just to clear up - our tours are up to 4 person, not private - private tours can be reserved only directly with us on our site. I'm sorry if we give wrong info or wrong impression to you guys. Regarding time changing - sometimes, when we have rush hour - we need to adjust the tour start times, in order to respect all departures, since it could happen that we have drop off and pick up on another parts of the city - that's why we need to adjust time start sometimes.

This was a wonderful way to see Zadar. They picked up right at the cruise port which made it very simple. This was very fun and our guide, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, was outstanding. Provided a lot of information on the sights that we were seeing. Very accomodating to take pictures.

The time of our tour was brought forward by one hour which we weren’t aware of. We waited at the meeting point but no one arrived . I then noticed a missed call on my phone approximately an hour earlier . I rang the number to be told our tour had been brought forward an hour and that I had failed to respond to calls and messages the day before . We were on a cruise and at sea when the attempts were made . I had no signal on my phone then so didn’t receive anything . The person on the phone seemed to think it was my fault for not responding .
I had booked this tour months ago at a time which suited us. All the correspondence stated this time.
I find it unacceptable to be given the excuse that the “shop gave the tour operator the wrong time”. This company assumed I had received messages and not responded . This was not the case . One message had been sent which I received after the time of the original one !
We were offered an alternative time later that afternoon but this was too late to guarantee returning to the ship in time .
Despite receiving a full refund , we remain very disappointed. We had especially wanted to do this tour and booked it well in advance . For it to be changed only the day before and for us to not receive messages until it was too late was so unprofessional and disappointing .
Communication was lacking somewhere along the line . With the company just assuming I received messages which I did not , and then seeming to blame me for their incompetence.

as you know, sometimes technical issues do happen, and we had this situation day before your tour.
We sent you a message, call you few times day before the tour, offered you two different departures, one was one hour prior your original booking and another was at 2:30, also on time for last call on your ship.
However, you chose not to answer, call us directly at 12:30, wanting the full refund, what we approved instantly.
Apparently, you still have right to harm our small business, although you never experience our tour.
Once again, take our apologies for not having our tour, I know we have changed your plans, but we have tried to reach you through different communication channels on time.
