Interesting info but long day. Food and ice cream were a treat. The reversing tides was really good……..,,,,,,;

Very detailed tour experience of the surrounding area. The reversing falls, the caves, everything was amazing and explained in detailed.
The owner of the company was our tour guide. He was fun and excited about showing us all the area has to offer. He encouraged and readily answered any questions we had and found the answer if he didn't know. We hit all of the top things on the agenda, except the market. We ran out of time - which was port officials fault more than tour guides. We were severely delayed getting off the ship that morning. But he got us to as much as possible and got us back to port on time, which we appreciated!! Highly recommend off of our experience.
We had a great time. the cruise guide was very patient with the passengers. The vehicle size was perfect. In my opinion. I do not like traveling large busses.
Peggy's Cove is amazing! Only downside was we only had 45 min at the cove. I could have enjoyed double that amount of time there. Titanic info was new info to me.
Awesome tour of the bay of Fundy. Our guide, Steve, was awesome. If I’m ever back that way I’d take that same tour with Steve again. He was very knowledgeable and even dressed in various costumes.

Although the places were beautiful and it was interesting to see the tide changes, but the tiur guide was often on his phone negotiating tour deals, speaking with his wife and clients which I thought was highly unprofessional.
He gave us little information about Canada which he could have done, and just sat browsing his phone during the trip. I was extremely underwhelmed with the guide experience.
The organisation at the start was inaccurate giving a different address, no accurate time for the start of the tour or description of the tour vehicle.
Up your game Ahmed.

Regarding the organization of the tour, we respectfully disagree that the arrangements were inaccurate. Our team takes pride in providing well-organized experiences. The meeting location, departure time, and other important details were included in the itinerary provided in advance. Our guides were waiting at the designated location. If a guest walks away from the meeting point, our guides cannot leave the other guests to pursue them. We kindly ask all guests to review the itinerary carefully and remain near the designated meeting point so the tour can begin smoothly and on time.
Meeting location is out on the street in front of the cruise terminal. Tour guide was okay. Driver was the same. Bus was also okay but small and had some mechanical issues. A/C didn’t work also some smoke from the engine but it did the job. Lunch was on your own. Great chowder in St Martin. Got really crowded with other tour busses though. Tour was okay but a bit over priced. Made the ship in plenty of time

Please note that the designated street-side meeting point in front of the cruise terminal is the only authorized location where our tour vehicle is permitted to wait for guests. We take concerns about our vehicles seriously and will review these points with our transportation team to help ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. We respectfully disagree that the tour was overpriced- our pricing reflects the transportation, professional guide, driver services, itinerary, and operating costs involved in providing the full tour experience. We also recognize that popular destinations can become busy when several tours arrive at once, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
Steve took us off the beaten path. A beautiful shoreline the bay of Fundy.
Dress in various outfits, depending on where we were.
He was a great tour guide. I highly recommend.

You will.travel the northern part of the Bay of Fundy. To isolated beaches and scenic coastline views. Including a sea glass beach, a Lighthouse and sea caves. Bring water and light snacks.

Gave 3 stars, because the mini bus that we were in for the tour broke down after we spent over an hour tour in town and about 1/2 way to Bay of Fundy. Brought another mini bus out to pick us up had to go back to town to drop off people whose cruise ship was leaving that day. Then we were taken out to Bay of Fundy. I would have given 1 star had our tour guide Edgar not made sure we got to Bay of Fundy on time and got to get to the second cave even. We would have liked more time at Bay of Fundy, but because of the bus breakdown our time was limited. The company that we toured with should do a better job of making sure their buses and vans are in good working condition.
Great time. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Wish we had more time at market, but everything was timed so we could see reversing falls and caves. Guide made sure we timed visits according to the tides so we could get full impact

Most of tour was great some interesting and beautiful stops. Steve was a very different type of guide from normal funny informative and enjoyed dressing up as the character he was telling us about . Downside I felt tour was over long and bus uncomfortable. We struggled to find the start time as it was not shown on the tickets
Steve-our tour guide was fun and he really enhanced the trip. We saw the reversing rapids at the beginning and the end of the trip so we could compare. Walking the caves was amazing but wet and slippery-so wear good water shoes with tread. Also, research in advance to see if the hours you are there will allow you a tide low enough to explore them.
This was a great tour. Steve was our guide and he was super fun and very informative. We got to see the reversing falls twice…low tide and high tide.
The transportation for this St. John excursion left a lot to be desired right from the start. We were picked up in a visibly aged van, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely broken. Riding around in the sweltering heat made it really difficult to get comfortable and enjoy the scenery.
As for the tour itself, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Our guide was definitely knowledgeable and shared some interesting commentary along the way, but the itinerary just dragged on. It is a very long excursion filled with repetitive stops that honestly don't offer much in terms of real interest or excitement. After the first few lookouts, the locations started to blur together and felt like filler.
To top it off, our luck ran out when a massive downpour hit, meaning we couldn't even visit the caves. While we know nobody can control the weather, missing out on what was supposed to be a major highlight certainly put a heavy damper on the whole experience.
Overall, between the broken AC, the tedious pacing, and getting rained out of the main attraction, this definitely wasn't one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Even with a solid guide, I would recommend looking into other options if you want to make the most of your time on the island.
Driver/tour operator was a no show. Had a confirmed ticked purchased well in advance. Followed all instructions on the ticket. No driver/tour/bus operator at cruise port. ( i spoke with another local tour operators and showed my Viator ticket and they informed me that I was on a tour operated by "Abdul with Shore Things") I messaged the tour operator in the app with no response, then called tour operator with no response. I then messaged Viator: they also attempted to call tour operator and they as well were unsuccessful. 5 hours after tour was supposed to take place, Tour operator still had not returned my call nor had he got in touch with Viator to return their call. That is not how a tour should be handled.
Do not book this tour. Still waiting for a phone call or answer as to why he didn't show....... read the reviews: I am not the first time this has happened.
Lucky when attempted to find tour operator another tour group told me to hop on their bus (Hugo tours?) I was very satisfied with them and wish I would have booked with them the first time around.

Your ship arrived at 7:00 a.m. Unfortunately, we did not have enough passengers to operate this specific bus tour.
You called twice but were unable to reach me because I was assisting other guests from the same ship with directions.
Because there were not enough passengers for my bus, I arranged for customers to join my colleague at Hugo Tours. He was waiting at the terminal to pick you up, and at 8:37 a.m. he texted me to confirm that you had boarded his bus. After receiving that confirmation, I believed no further contact was needed.
Our Saint John tour with Steve exceeded our expectations! Steve is a "larger than life" kind of guy and very knowledgeable and exceptionally entertaining. We learned a great deal about Saint John and the Bay of Fundy, and we ventured farther into the lovely surrounding countryside than anticipated. Our exploration was totally enjoyable and educational, and our lunch (cost not included) near The Caves at St. Martin's was a tasty and picturesque pause in the journey.
Our guide Bill was friendly, humorous, and very informative. We never had a dull moment. Our stops were interesting and fun. Lunch stop had the best Clam Chowder.
Great tour. Steve stopped along the way and showed us a covered bridge and talked about some of the cool little things along the way. He showed us the river that runs backwards. It was an awesome day! We had some great chowder also.
This was a tour full of information and fun facts! It was like everything we wanted to see was added and then some. There was a keen eye kept on time, so that we would make it back to our ship on time. That was much appreciated! I love a little history of the area too, and that was evident and added everywhere we went!
Great trip great experience tour operators go the extra mile to make sure you have a full experience. Our cruise ship changed days and times it was going to Port. Abdul took care of everything. made sure we made it to all the spots at the right timing for the tide changes so we could enter the sea caves and have all the other experiences along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour operator to work with. Made a personalized effort to engage with everyone on the tour to make their experience memorable.
Abdul was a wonderful guide. We were able to see the reversing rapids and the guide made sure we got to them early in the morning and then again later in the afternoon, plus the lighthouse. It was a very enjoyable tour.
Eddy was very informative about everything. Safety was of an importance to him with the weather we were having. We were hoping to see the leaves change but with the storm and time or year, it didn't happen.
Worth seeing the reverse falls!
Wonderful lunch at the Caves restaurant…the chowder is delicious! Our tour guide, Mohamed was personable and knowledgeable.
