Children between 5 and 11 years are billed at the children's rate.

No admission of outside food, drinks, or towels.

The locker room has an additional charge of 150 THB per locker.

Diaper-dependent guests must wear a swim diaper.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Life jackets are required for guests under 48 inches (1.22m) or weak swimmers.

For Tube Slide, Body Slide, Boomerango, Super Bowl, guests must be over 48 inches and accompanied by an adult.

Tube Slide: Single riders use single tubes (45.5-136 KG). Double riders: lighter in front (45.5-182 KG).

An on-site nurse is available during opening hours.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
