Disappointing private walking tour

Guide didn’t meet us at agreed pickup place despite confirmation of details on app. Guide was a student who really didn’t know much about the city or history. Very disappointing to book a private tour and not get some interesting insights. Have booked many boat or guided walking trips (including in Florence, Bruges and Paris).. other guides were knowledgeable and informative. This was a very poor experience & not worth the cost.
