The road trip was very pleasant and our guide complemented the views with info and curiosities. We visited a few places along the road, among which the Marble Mountains, which we would have missed if we had travelled by train. Higly recommended!

Happy and safe trip from Hoi An to Hue. Tim was my driver, communicating with me the day before to introduce himself, and arrange departure time and locations. He arrived early on pick up day, shared photo of licence plate and let me know he was outside when I was ready. We had stops along the way and Tim happily went at my pace (a bit faster than average trips as I’m travelling solo), shared information about different areas, escorted me to entrances as I wished and added stops as I wanted. There was no pressure to buy anything at stops either as some others drivers did from what I saw. Tim’s driving was safe and calm. The car was clean, big and comfortable. Suitable for all travellers. As a solo female traveller in case any other women are considering booking - I highly recommend as an option to travel btw Hoi An and Hue either direction.

We had accidentally booked this tour, thinking that it goes from Hoi An to Hue and back. The tour organizer was very accommodating in letting us rebook another tour on the next day. The tour was fabulous and everything was exactly has advertised. We learned a lot about Vietnamese history and current affairs. The tour guide spoke English perfectly and the driver was patient and safe in even the most trying traffic situations. We highly recommend the tour.
