Meeting point is next to the ticket office at the bottom of the cable car. Your pilot will wait you there. Don't be late. The pilots will not wait for you, and no refund will be possible. We recommend you to come 10min before. Call us if you don't find your pilot.

- All our pilots speak English and French. Some of them speak Spanish as well.

- Please book your flight according to your weight: in summer: less than 60kg: book at 9 or 10am

- In case of bad weather, we will cancel, and you have choice beteween reschedule or full refund
