Very informative tour and you get to see a lot of Brugge. The water part of the tour was equally as nice. It’s not a very strenuous tour and was easy to follow along.

Disorganized start to the tour shortened the free time that was to be made available ... we skipped the canal cruise in order to have a full 2 hours to shop and eat. The guide was also very critical of the many tourist and tourist businesses.

A 30-minute pickup window is not a sign of disorganization, but rather a courtesy for fellow cruisers who may not be among the first to disembark. If you prefer to leave immediately upon disembarkation without waiting for others, we recommend booking a private tour. 2. Free time was provided in full accordance with the itinerary. We highly recommend basing expectations on the published description and itinerary, rather than on personal assumptions. 3. We regret that you chose to skip the canal cruise. While Belgian food and shopping are certainly a must, the canal cruise is also one of the top experiences in Bruges. With two hours of free time, most guests find it possible to enjoy all of these highlights. 4. All of our guides are certified professionals who serve thousands of cruise passengers each season. Their ethics and professionalism are of the highest standard. Recommendations given to guests should not be interpreted as criticism. 5. I thought the tour guide was very knowledgeable about everything we were seeing in Burges. Like so many tours you feel a bit rushed. We could have used a little more time to visit the town. They were on schedule picking us up from cruise ship and got us back in plenty of time.

This tour was perfect! It showed a bit of everything! Our guide was incredible and I hate that I can’t remember her name! She grew up in Bruges and had so much knowledge! We had plenty of walking, a canal cruise and the history !!!! Amazing!

Tour was fantastic! However, when a few people didn't show up on time, we lost 20 minutes of tour time waiting for them instead of leaving. The tour operators should have waited no more than 5 minutes before leaving. The rest if us shouldn't have lost 20 minutes of our tour time because others can't show up at the allotted departure time.

Not enough radio receivers for the group to hear to tour leader. A few did not work and a few had dead batteries. We left the cruise terminal late due to waiting for late passengers. Which then left the rest of the tour a bit rushed. To her felt very disorganized. The radio receivers could have been distributed on the bus on the way to the starting point as opposed to once we exited the bus. It would have saved the time. The cheerleader had a lot of knowledge though at times seemed to get frustrated with the guests. And made the mistake of voicing some of her concerns while she was mic'd up. Overall would have given the tour a c plus.

However, please keep in mind that audio systems have a limited coverage area, and staying close to the group is essential for clear reception. 2. The 30-minute pickup window is clearly stated in the tour description. If waiting for fellow cruise passengers is not convenient, we strongly recommend considering a private tour for future bookings. 3. According to your guide, you were consistently unable to keep pace with the group due to very limited walking ability. The tour description specifically notes that the experience is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Despite this, we allowed participation as a gesture of goodwill. Moving forward, we kindly encourage you to base expectations on the official tour description and to consider all listed restrictions when booking. Safe travels

Bruge is a city designed...

Bruge is a city designed for walking! Our door guide was very informative and kept a very easy pace for the group that included kids to older adults...everyone could participate. There was time enough to go off on your own for whatever you wanted and directions were very clear on where to meet back to get to the bus. Great excurison!

Not worth it

Disorganized and too expensive for what’s included. Guides acted as if this was the first time they’d dealt with a group-everything from keeping a count to handing out headphones was a challenge. Commentary was disjointed and difficult to understand.

As outlined in the tour description, this experience involves significant walking, as the city center is pedestrian-only. In consideration of all participants and due to limited time ashore, we are unable to adjust the pace of the group for those who may not meet the stated physical requirements. 4.
