Great overall tour! Manas did a wonderful job taking our group around. We had a small group of 7 people of different nationalities and spoke different languages. He tried his best to ensure everyone was comfortable and safe.
We loved every part of the tour from the beautiful hikes to Konorchek Canyon and Skazska. The views were amazing at all places.
Beltam Yurt Camp was wonderful. It was a beautiful yurt which was heated and had hot showers! The dinner and breakfast available was also very good.

I had an incredible experience on this 2-day tour! The sites we went to were beautiful, the hikes were all reasonable, and the group had great dynamics. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and greatly enhanced the experience (I feel terrible for forgetting how to pronounce/spell his name, but this was the tour may 23-24th — give him his flowers!!!). The horseriding and eagle hunting demonstrations were highlights for sure. The van was comfortable and not at all overcrowded, and our driver was great. The yurt site had a lot more around than I expected (other yurt camps and some other small buildings/people), but being on the shores of the lake was great —and there was WiFi, which was nice! Beautiful stars at night too.
Note - while we expected we’d be back in bishkek around 8pm on day 2, we ended up making it there at 10pm. But this was likely to us taking our time and not rushing at our stops on day 2! I definitely recommend this to all travelers!

I joined the 2-Day Issyk Kul Small Group Tour with Yurt Stay and Eagle Show, and it was truly an unforgettable experience!
Our guide was great — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was riding horses along the beautiful lakeside of Issyk Kul. The views were amazing, and it felt like such a special way to experience the nature and peaceful atmosphere of the region.
The eagle show was another incredible part of the tour. Watching the training up close was fascinating, and it gave us a real insight into this unique local tradition. It was both impressive and fun to see.
Staying in a yurt also made the trip feel very authentic and memorable. Overall, this tour was a perfect mix of nature, culture, and adventure. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kyrgyzstan!

The tour was good, but the guide ruined it.
The driver was professional, drove safely, and in some cases provided more useful information than the guide.
The main issue was the tour guide, David. He was young, inexperienced, and his English was not strong enough for guiding international tourists, which often made explanations unclear or confusing.
His behaviour created a consistently uncomfortable atmosphere. He made sarcastic and mocking comments throughout the tour. When I was filming the scenery, he would comment in a mocking tone about filming everything. When I was taking photos, he repeated my poses in a way that felt disrespectful and inappropriate.
He also rushed the group constantly, especially during walking and climbing, even when some people were struggling physically. This made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable.
There were repeated uncomfortable moments with girls who practiced their Russian as well. When they said they did not understand something, he often did not properly explain. When they mispronounced words, he would laugh loudly and make jokes, which felt humiliating rather than supportive.
The pace of the tour also did not match the description. A stop listed as three hours was done in about one and a half hours, with the guide appearing proud of rushing through it.
Overall, most participants stayed quiet, likely due to his tone and comments, which affected the group atmosphere.
The nature itself is beautiful and worth seeing, but the guide significantly reduced the overall experience.
The campsite was decent with good food and friendly staff, but felt quite touristy and surrounded by construction, so it was not very peaceful or natural.
The horse riding activity was safe and professionally organized, but helmets were not provided, and the route mostly went through roads and construction areas rather than untouched nature.

Talai was our Guide cum driver. He is an experienced & skillful driver. He is knowledgeable with the sites we visited during the 2 days trip. The highlight of the trip were the Yurt Camp & Falconry show. Great way to experience the Nomadic living of the old Kyrgyzstan.

This was a filled and fantastic 2-day adventure. The guide, Ulan, was like a brother and a father to us with loads of dedication and good humor. I didn't do the horse ride, but those who did said it was good fun.

I was torn between traveling solo or joining a tour, but I’m so glad I chose this one!
Be prepared for long drives and some physical activity like hiking and horseback riding, but it’s the best way to truly experience Kyrgyzstan with all your senses. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Since it's a small group tour (there were only four of us), we had plenty of time to chat with our driver about Kyrgyz culture and many other topics along the way.
Issyk-Kul and Barskoon Waterfall were some of the most peaceful and serene natural spots I’ve ever visited. I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said I want to go back every year! If you're on the fence, definitely book it.

Amazing 2-day trip with our guide Anwar. The itinerary is as described with the excellent explanations from our guide that knows his country very well, always keen to share anecdotes and a few stories. He made it very simple for us to explore the different locations. Special shoutout to the eagle hunter, the experience was truly fantastic with again Anwar doing the translator so that we could ask all the questions we wanted. The stay at the yurt camp was a delight, nice meals and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was sensational. We were only two guests and our professional guide adjusted individually to our wishes. So we could linger longer in the gorge and take pictures. The yurt camp was very good, located right on the lake, fantastic traditional food & hot showers. The eagle show was fantastic! Great to look at these beautiful creatures so close! Comfortable car.
