Great experience but operator needs to tighten the process a bit

The experience of riding the bike itself is exhilarating and fun and you get to see the most beautiful views of the beach / sea. It is really a great experience and the guide allows you to stop for pictures and videos. However, my personal experience was not five star as we were essentially forgotten and would have missed the experience altogether if I had not called them. As they did not have us in mind / had not planned to have us, we were picked up an hour late. When we booked the experience, it included light refreshments, but there were none offered/ given. And no word or explanation about why. I rate our guide highly, as he was very helpful and also gave us a good adventure.

We drove through different terrains with lovely views. We had a guide for me and my friend, making this a party of 3. Our guide was Nordin and he was lovely. He also have us time to take photos

nous avons été déçus par le circuit : quelques minutes sur la plage (qui n'est pas belle) puis un long moment dans le lit d'une rivière asséchée (beaucoup trop de gros cailloux, pas agréable), puis une montée en haut d'une colline sur une route bitumée, retour plus rapide que l'aller. Si j'avais su, j'aurai choisi une sortie dans les dunes, quitte à payer plus cher

Une expérience formidable, le guide très agréable, très bienveillant et dynamique. Les plages sont magnifiques et la balade vaut le détour. Un bémol tout de même : l'excursion n'était pas du tout tel que décrite sur la page viator. La sortie en "montagne" avec village berbère ne semble pas au programme. Je trouve cela dommage d'avoir un descriptif loin de la réalité. mettez la page à jour svp. Mais les plages et l'amusement étaient top et je recommande vraiment ce moment de liberté. et le guide vraiment rien à redire !!!
