At around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, we'll head to a magnificent spot in the heights of the Beaujolais region for a picnic. This moment will be dedicated to a tasting of wines from the 1960s to the present day, to cover the spectrum of the Gamay grape variety through time. The wines will be accompanied by a dozen cheeses and seasonal gourmet products. Last tasting of the day after lunch and before returning to Lyon.
