Agar was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly and in a fascinating way. She was patient as we took photos at all the stops and even had a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend this comprehensive tour and wonderful guide!

Stefy was an incredible guide. She knows so much about Quito and is happy to share all of her knowledge. She brought us to many locations to try different foods, drinks, and treats. I felt she gave us a perfect snapshot of Quito.

Great family tour of old town Quito and food tastings
Alejandro did a great job giving our family a tour of the old town area of Quito. We saw churches and he shared local history and information along the way. We also did a chocolate tasting we all enjoyed. We had an abbreviated tour due to our schedule and time but he did an excellent job and focused the tour based on our time table and interests perfectly.

Enjoyed our Quito city tour.
Overall we enjoyed our tour with Alejandro. We loved seeing the city and especially loved the stops where we learned more about culture and food/ drink. Alejandro had a lot of good historical stories and insight for us into Quito. We were able to customize the tour by going into less churches to make time coffee tasting which we enjoyed.

Food, drinks and a lot of information
We met at a corner park which seemed to be the spot for a lot of tours. Alejandro was about 30 minutes late, but maybe that is typical. The tour just started and we were interrupted by other travelers looking for their guides. Alec seemed to know everyone and made calls to help, which was fine; but we had to start our tour over. Our tour had a LOT of information and stories, but at times went on and on with no point. We made several stops, but never paid for any admissions. Maybe more of here this is and we could come back later on our own. Certainly enjoyed the shop and restaurant stops with samples and drinks. Alec gave us recommendations, but thought later it would have been nice to actually stay and eat. . . Not sure if we could have as it was not clear on that point. Saw several things that were different from a previous tour, especially the history of the 7 crosses. Wish we would have done this tour earlier so we could have enjoyed the recommended restaurants and museums, but it was our final day in Quito. Enjoyed the tour overall and felt it was a way to find some “local” spots.
