BALLESTAS ISLANDS + Paracas National Reserve + Candelabra Start of the tour: Pick up from your hotel or meeting point in Ica or Paracas to start the tour. First visit: Ballestas Islands Arrive at the El Chaco Pier and embark by boat to the Ballestas Islands.
