Whale-watching usually involves a boat ride on the open water in order to view these majestic creatures. The town of Hermanus has a cliff path that is an ideal spot to see the gentle giants without having to step on a boat. Enjoy a private tour along the shores of Walker Bay where you can spot southern right whales with ease, learning about their habits from your guide.

Instead of having to get out on the water, this land-based whale-watching tour is a peaceful and personalized alternative to crowded boat trips.
