My sister and I recently did the Bamboo Rafting & Limestone Massage experience at Great River in Lethe District, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Jamaica! The experience was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was because of our raft captain, Jerome. From the moment we arrived, Jerome was professional, polite, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the entire experience. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly went above and beyond to make our rafting trip memorable. Not only was Jerome an excellent raft captain, but he also gave one of the best limestone leg and foot massages! The massage was relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what we needed while enjoying the beautiful scenery along the river. On top of that, Jerome kept us laughing the entire time. His personality, sense of humor, and positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out most was how attentive and accommodating he was. He made sure we were comfortable, answered our questions, shared information about the area, and created a fun, laid-back atmosphere that made us feel like we were spending time with a friend rather than just a tour guide. If you’re planning to do bamboo rafting at Great River in Lethe District, I highly recommend requesting Jerome specifically as your raft captain. Trust me—it makes a difference! He helped turn an already beautiful experience into an unforgettable one. Thank you, Jerome, for making our day so special. The Dunn's River with kids 9 & 11 years old was amazing. I think everyone liked the Blue Hole more because its not as touristy and is a lot more adventurous. Our kids did not hesitate to jump from the highest points into the water and they went twice. Don't think, just run and jump and you will love it. The only thing they don't tell you is to bring a snack. Since you travel on a private bus, you can leave your belongings on the bus safely, but our kids did not eat from 8am at the hotel until 5pm. The drive took longer than expected going both ways and everyone's exhausted. Since we can leave belongings in our bag on the bus, I wish knew to bring everyone snacks. Especially the kids who get hangry and need some sugar for energy. Overall it was still a great experience and the tour guides were great. Remember to tip everyone!

Dowey was fantastic! He arrived exactly on time and exchanged his contact information so that no one would be lost at the different locations. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave mini history lessons as we took the drive. He acted as a caring father figure and warned us of the to-do’s and not to-do’s. I had an incredible, unforgettable time!

Das was an excellent host! He was knowledgeable about the history of Jamaica, Montego Bay, and about the food that we enjoyed! Be sure to come hungry because there won't be a shortage of delicious foods to eat! We enjoyed delicious Jamaican patties, brown stew chicken, oxtail, jerk chicken/pork along with cocoa bread and festival! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was well worth it!!

Our driver Courtney picked us up on time from the hotel, took us to a lovely view of Ocho Rios on the way to the lagoon, and was very friendly and courteous. The lagoon experience was like nothing else we’ve encountered before. We were worried whether we would see much luminosity in the water as it was nearly a full moon, but it did not fail, it was very bright, like blue led light in the water. The boatmen, sorry cannot remember their names, were also very helpful, took some pictures of us on their phones and air-dropped them onto our phones for free. We stayed in the water maybe for 15-20 minutes, which was plenty. The water was very warm.

Delano was amazing. Very knowledgeable about his country. Always sharing stories and informative about local hero's. Had lunch at the place that locals eat. We were a group of 8 people in total. We all enjoyed immensely. Tour was advertised 3 hours, but it was actually 4. Value, value value

My kids said this is the best Excursion that they have ever gone on. We were picked up from our hotel, did a quick little shopping and rum tasting, and headed to the Blue Hole. The jumps and water was amazing. Our guides allowed us to order food and pick it up on the way to our catamaran and snorkeling trip. Drinks available gor purchase at that beach area. Snorkeling was at least a good half hour and then we went to the Dunns River Falls and climbed up from the ocean. The views were spectacular. The climb was a little challenging, but the guides were awesome and ensured our safety. Bring lots of tip money. The deserved it. I would highly recommend the trip.

This was great. The guys were so accommodating, full of life and caring. I told them that we were celebrating a Bachelorette event and they had it all decorated with balloons and signs. So thoughtful of them. They allowed us to really have a good time, we brought our own drinks and also enjoyed their cooler filled with drinks. It was a good time. Highly highly recommended if you want to have a memorable time.
