This is a tour for people who want to try something different and unique. The mezcales are carefully selected to be the best, just like tequila itself. We'll learn to tell the difference between mezcal and tequila. Although both are made from agave, their flavors are completely different. With the help of your host and teacher Betty, you'll discover the unique flavors of local traditional Mexican cooking while learning about the traditional ways of cooking, culture and life in Mexico. As part of this class, you will visit our Hacienda Eco-Dome gardens, pick fresh herbs and vegetables to use for our dishes, and learn to cook the Mexican way.
