You First Pilates offers you the opportunity to come and do a Pilates session surrounded by nature, in the middle of trees, by a lake, in a park located in the city center; the view of the mountains is always guaranteed! To ensure your comfort, thick and fluffy carpets will be provided, so you have almost nothing to take with you. Regardless of your level or age, the sessions offered are always adaptable to everyone. A main option will be given, then, depending on the profile of each, a simpler or more difficult option will be indicated to allow everyone to enjoy and learn to the maximum. Classes are held from Wednesday to Sunday, from mid-June to mid-September (possibility of taking longer classes if weather conditions permit). Each course lasts 1 hour, three places are available: Parc Couttet at 8am, Lac des Gaillands at 11am and 6pm, Desert Blanc at 4pm.
