Lalo and Ricardo (Sexy Richie) were excellent hosts and guide. We felt welcomed from 1st introductions to the very end. Lalo was personable and helped us all get to know each other. We were well taken care of from the driving to the tour. So much history of the site and Mexico in general was shared. I would recommend this experience to anyone. The half day tour began early for hotel pick up (6am) but that meant less crowds when we arrived. Be prepared for the heat and the walking.

Not challenging. Very fun.

As a very active person, I did the most challenging trip. It was still very easy. The tour guide was fantastic. The facilities were fantastic and the caverns are absolutely beautiful. Though if you’re looking for a physical excursion, it’s not very challenging. The mountain biking and the repelling were pretty easy. I still highly recommend this adventure as a solo traveler or with family.

Rio Secreto was not as cold as we expected, and we have a 8 year old and a 12 year old went with us. We would do it again with a different underground section. Tulum is good, but different from 16 years ago when we visited for the first time. Facilities are good

Great day on the water

Super friendly hosts. From pick up to drop off everything was taken care of. We enjoyed our time on the catamaran with lunch and never ending drinks :) The snorkeling was a ton of fun and we were excited to see a sea turtle. Don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen after the snorkeling!!

Incredible tour

Wow, this was an amazing tour. Jonathan and Paloma were thoughtful guides, punctual and informative. The entire day was magical. For the Tulum tour, Paloma was so knowledgeable. The lunch was delicious and fun. And the Sian Ka’an portion incredible. We even saw a spider monkey! Highly recommend this tour. Lucky you if you get Jonathan and Paloma.

Fun filled day trip

Pick up from our hotel was 5:45. Got back to our hotel around 7pm. We had an amazing time. The tour guides were so patient and fun and the photographer helped to capture the best shots. Content became available by the next day. Good trip. Good vibes. The cenote swim was my personal favourite the water was so refreshing and cool.

Amazing time in Mexico

Incredible experience! Great drinks, snacks, fruit, and the crew was so fun to be around. The saxophonist truly added to the vibe. There is plenty of time to shop at Isla Mujeres, plenty of time to drink, and to swim! We were greeted warmly from the very beginning of the experience, and enjoyed every second of it.

Wonderful time sailing.

We had a wonderful time. The crew were very kind and helpful to us. We were a family ranging in age from 7 to 66. We wanted to actually sail on the sailboat. Which we did to our delight! We went to Playa Norte at Isla Mujeres and swam in incredibly clear blue water. Afterwards the crew provided home made guacamole and chis and some delicious fresh pineapple. Drinks were provided and they played music on board. We finished our time with more sailing and watching the sunset. We had interesting conversations with the crew about sailing and the area in general. They were very knowledgeable. Again the crew couldn’t have been nicer. Lovely people. Had a great day, followed previous reviews did not get the VIP wasn't needed lots of people trying to sell you masks and glasses, sun glasses were just as efficient. Started with tasting the strongest Tequila x6 shots, zipling/jumping into the beautiful cenote pools, Ridding AVT's through the jungle with lighting flashing, 30sec later thunder rumbles and there was refreshing glorious rain, which felt great. Three Ziplines to finish, each activity lasted 25mins and rest was traveling in a mini bus. Great experience 🇲🇽🌮🌩🥰.

This was a great food experience our guide was so knowledgeable of the local area and took us all around and was very patient and explain many things to us that tequila tasting part of it was fun also I recommend this tour to anyone who goes to the Cancun area it gives you a taste of the authentic Cancun outside of normal tourist stuff.... they picked us up on time every establishment we went to we felt very welcome and our guide really seemed to have a knowledge of the local lay of the land and the people. I do not remember my guide's name because I'm writing the review 7 days after my trip but the tour was fantastic!!! Highly recommend for something a little different to do while in the Cancun area.
