The tour will start in Nimes with a quick stop in front of the Maison Carrée, an ancient Roman temple, before taking an audio-guided tour of the Nîmes Arena. NB: from November to March, only a walk in the old town of Nîmes will be made, to see the main monuments. We will then stop at the Pont du Gard, for a picnic of local produce from local farms (from April to October only), then to stroll around the Pont du Gard for great views of this monument.
