I will first take you to the Abbey of Senanque, an 11th century building with magnificent lavender fields managed by the monks. You will then spend free time in the village of Gordes, built of dry stone on a rocky promontory. Then we will make a quick stop at the iconic viewpoint on the village before a picnic consisting of fresh produce from local farms. We will then enjoy the magnificent lavender fields of the Plateau des Claparèdes and Velleron, all with Mont Ventoux as a backdrop, interspersed with a visit to the village of Roussillon, with its facades entirely composed of ochre, giving it its unique color.

Afterwards, we will stop at Moulin Castelas to visit the mill and taste several olive oils, before picnicking under the fig trees, excellent fresh produce from local farms. We will then stroll through the city of Arles, where you will discover its Roman, medieval and contemporary history. Finally, you will have free time in St Rémy de Provence, to stroll through its alleys, on the terrace of coffee or in its souvenir shops.
