Arrive at Royal Palm Beach Resort, Simpson Bay. Address: 115 Welfare Road, Simpson Bay, St. Maarten At the security gate, inform security that you are renting Jet Skis. Once inside, pass through the lobby and continue toward the beach. Proceed to the Jet Ski booth on the beach to complete check-in.

There were not enough jet skis for our party. We waited over 2 hours to be told there was 1 jet ski for our party.

We apologize that you had this experience. Our goal is to make sure all our customers are satisfied with the tours and services. However, we offered you several times to go when it was your turn but you refused because you did not want to wait your turn. All Vendors are allowed to have 5 Jet Ski's out at a time. We have 7 Jet Ski's. It was only a matter of waiting until the others came in so you could've go together out.
