Great time on the river in Osaka. The staff was super upbeat and fun. Great site seeing tour. Was nice to go on the river before walking around town.

Definitely worth doing! Good fun and a great way to see all the lights and signs. Easy to find and having our tickets already booked saved waiting around. Lovely Turkish restaurant by the dock which is great for a drink or dinner before or after the boat.

It is only 20 minutes or so. The young female guide was fabulous, energetic and informative. Great shopping and restaurant area to visit

Don’t do it. Lots of boats on the river. Get tickets in person

They were full and had us wait for the next one but that was full also. Would NOT recommend. Lots of boats on the river. We just went and hopped on with another service. This was just a wast of time.

Very energetic, fun and lighthearted. English commentary was a plus. Hosts took free pics near the Gilco sign and gave the urge for free download, which was awesome.

It was a big boat with about 30 or 40 people instead of a private tour (like the picture). Anyway, the tour is recommended..

Turned away with printed tickets

My parents were turned away with printed tickets for this river cruise. Even though the voucher literally says “printable voucher.” They even showed up 15 mins prior to the start time. My mom mentioned that there was another couple who was turned away for the exact same reason! Unacceptable. They wouldn’t give them a refund or anything. DO NOT use this company.

So Easy and So Fun - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Leave your self time to find the dock - but it was beyond fun. We enjoy luxury traveling and we loved this.

Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled due to a situation on the river being handled by the authorities. It was due to no fault of the tour operator or to ourselves.
