      The first gentleman who helped us was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and he got us taken care of quickly. Unfortunately, shortly into our excursion we realized the brakes on our cart were not engaging properly. The cart also became stuck in neutral twice after backing up. The second time it took us about 10 minutes to get it back into drive, which was frustrating and concerning. We returned to let the staff know about the issues and to see if we could exchange the cart. This time we were helped by a different group of employees who were not nearly as friendly or helpful. In the end, we kept the original cart and simply made sure to park in places where we wouldn’t have to use reverse again to avoid getting stuck.
