We spend a beautiful day with Ehab. He took time to explain us all the stories about the Pyramids, but also leave us quite free to enjoy the view near all the different spots. 15 minutes Camel walk were enough, and the quad also was nice. Just one thing, the quad company doesn't like women to drive.. The four girls in the group had to have a chaperone on the front luggage rack. He didn't always let them drive the whole way, which is a bit of a shame.
Except this, the day was great, and once again, the guide was really perfect !

Let’s start with positive-
Our driver Shadi was excellent navigating Giza roads and traffic. Our guide Karim was super knowledgeable as an Eyptologist and a tour guide. Beautiful day, magnificent pyramids. We had a blast.
Negatives-
They waste time taking you to Papyrus “museums”, aromatic experience demo and shopping for scarves. Wasted about 2 hours upfront... was not part of itinerary and is a cheap sales gimmick which I was annoyed with.
There is no “going inside” the pyramid… and Sphinx is mostly a drive by since we were running over (wasted time upfront)
Camel ride is about 15 mins.. again offered sales tactic to upgrade our experience to go around.. we had wisened up and said no. 15 mins for pictures was plenty
Atv ride was scary but fun. Was definitely not an hour.. would not do more though. The desert is not sandy.. more rocky and not kind to back/butt:).. the drive through Giza back roads with potholes and camel/ horses/people was scary but adventurous at same time.
In summary—
We book these tours so we are protected from all the sales gimmicks, scamming and hassles Egypt is known for.. but disappointed that these guides and companies are all part of the same system. So my advice to you travelers, be upfront and assertive to stick with the itinerary booked (no detours and museums/bazaar stops) and spend more time with pyramids and Sphinx rather than bazaar stalls and “museums”.

We had a wonderful day trip with Bisho. He picked us up (albeit a bit late, but he communicated the traffic situation) at our hotel in West Giza (read the fine print... because this hotel pick up is an additional $30... confusing since on the booking it shows it's included, but also... excluded if your hotel is in certain areas). We first stopped at a shop to get scarves (we planned to ATV later in the day and Bisho thought this would be helpful for dust. While it was nice and we had coffee and chatted... I would have rather just got on with our tour.
From there, he took us to the Pyramids. He gave us a ton of information before we entered and while we were inside about the history, construction, various Kings, etc. But most importantly, he told us what we needed to watch out for - where to meet him and when and not to give our phones to anyone.
After the Pyramids we ventured on to our camel ride through the desert. Originally we booked 15 mins (which would have honestly been enough for me... but my husband wanted more). Bisho coordinated with the camel driver to let him know if we were going to continue on for the full hour. Bisho then met us at the Sphinx.
Once at the Sphinx, he introduced us to someone who was going to take great photos. While he did... I wish we could have been clear about what the expectations of the gratuity would be... and frankly if this is something we wanted. I gave the guy 200 Egyptian Pounds and he made it uncomfortable by doing the conversion for me. I ended up giving him 400... annoyed that I didn't ask for something and even when I gave him money for his "time" he seemed utterly offended by it.
From there, we asked if Bisho could stop to get us food. We both wanted different things, but he happily made two stops to get us what we wanted. We were both pleased with our food.
After there, we went to to a perfume shop. I was utterly exhausted and didn't want to be "sold" anything. So after about 15 mins of listening, I told the girl I wasn't interested and asked if we could just go to our last adventure - the ATV ride.
Bisho took us to get ATVs... we had a guide with us. The ATVs are older... and you definitely spend time going through some not so exciting areas... basically through the "stables"... down windy dirt roads and next to piles of trash. While I know this is part of life... it seemed like it look up about 1/2 of the time we were alloted. Once we got to the dunes, it was incredible. We drove fast, the guide took pictures and videos and we just had a blast.
Bisho has incredible english and knows so much of the history. I'd recommend him 10 times over. However... if there's something you don't want to do... or you'd want to move out faster, I learned you can just let him know.

I trust this tour. The driver Maged M. was very nice, and also the camel and quad guy were very warm. I think the quad quality could have been better, and the time was 45min, not 1hr. I think the price could be 20% lower to make this a 5 star.

Bisho was our guide and was incredible! Very knowledgeable about Egyptian culture, politics, and history. He picked us up and dropped us off at airport right on time. He kept our luggage very safe at all times. Highly recommend booking this tour!!!!

We have a good experience with the tour. We booked car+driver+quad and that was more than enough. They are going to try to sell you more things but you can just say not. The first person that contacted me was trying make us pay for a tour guide because its not included but i think it was not necessary, he said it was needed because the driver does not speak english which it was not true. but after all the experience was good, the driver picked us up on time and was always very cordial
Our driver was Khaled and he was really good. He showed us everything in detail, his explanation was good and really what we needed. He also takes amazing photos, and we were taking lots of photos the whole time (which is perfect for a group of just girls traveling). He took us to all the places on the tour. The experience was very good, I recommend that you request him as your driver, he speaks very good English, knows a lot, is patient and takes incredible photos. I think he goes above and beyond what is required, one of my friends was a little sick and he took us to the pharmacy and helped us get medicine and that was very sweet. highly recommended.

Karim, my new cousin is the BEST! This was a last minute tour inspired by a nice Georgian man (country not city) in town for the African Competition, who told me to go! I am so happy that I did! Great day with Ehab our guide and Mohamed our driver. Exceeded expectations. Given all the facts and Ehab answered any questions we had. Felt safe and never rushed. ATV and camel riding are a must! We got brought to a papyrus demonstration and store where we bought a small print as a souvenir. Also got brought to an oil / scent shop and a clothes shop which were not for us. Brought right to the doorstep of the pyramids, no queues or waiting around for any of the activities

Hader was an absolute joy to be with. She was a consummate professional and very passionate about her country. She even made 'learning' about Egyptian history fun!
The camel ride was longer than most offered which was quite nice to enjoy some quiet time in the desert.
The ATV/quad ride was thrilling! Add to that looking over your should and see the Great Pyramids of Giza. Such a complete tour and worthwhile. Highly recommend!!

It was a fun experience the atv was probably the best of them all. Didn't like that they try to take you to all this shop that feels like tourist traps to try to upsale you oils and other goods ect... and taking a huge portion of the time of trip(is clear they are making a comision on the goods tourist buy there), I would strongly recomend anyone doing this activity to tell the guide to skip those shops and just hit the markets yourselves later(if you want to save some money and time) Also we tried to get lunch and they insisted in taking us to a particular restaurant where the prices where also inflated and did not show us a menu with prices (huge red flag) instead given us a fixed menu for a fixed price, and food was below average. (Again same idea has the shops). The guide khalid was friendly,patient ,spoke great English and helped us take good pictures of us.

This was one of the best days of my life. Our guide was knowleadgable and so nice. Our taxi driver was so funny. They took the best photos of us without us even asking. At no extra cost and her suggestion, our guide took us to a papyrus shop where they show you how to make papyrus and you can purchase artwork that is on real papyrus. She also took us to an egyptian oil shop where they taught us about the medicinal uses of different oils. It was amazing and truly life changing.

hi, it was a good day. the driver and the guide were very friendly. but the day was a little long because of the wait for the quad activity. if we had known, we would have taken 5 p.m. and not 10 a.m. .
the brakes of the quad was not reassuring because it barely braked. (no helmet and no eye mask offered)

Seeing the Giza pyramids for the first time was amazing. I had a private tour and enjoyed myself. I learned a lot and was amazed. I didn’t know I could walk on it or go in so I definitely was surprised and enjoyed myself. The pyramids are such wonders!

Overall good trip. Camel ride was fun and entertaining. Quad bike was interesting and the kids had a lot of fun. You need to go though some tights alleys in town before reaching the open plains of the Pyramids area. Pyramids are special. We went inside and found it interesting but if you don't like tight spaces I really suggest you don't go as in parts it's very tight and you have to crouch down. There is one way up and one way down.

We had a wonderful time with our driver Moaz! He was very helpful in explaining some of the background of each of the locations we were going to, and gave us lots of advice in avoiding hustlers on the roads. We really appreciated his input when we were touring to help avoid paying for extra things we did not need.
The entire tour consisted of a trip to the pyramids with the option to go inside for an extra fee (we decided not to go inside because we were advised that there is not anything to see inside), camel back riding, cotton store (we skipped this), papyrus institute (we skipped this), ATV riding, and a visit to an aromatherapy facility where we sampled some natural oils and purchased some to take home. Moaz allowed us to pick which things we wanted to see and was a pleasure to deal with.
Overall we had a great time and the trip was efficient - allowing us to get a taste of Egypt during our 1 day layover.
