The driver tried to pick us up with his girlfriend/ wife in the car. Then had to request another vehicle. I booked an SUV, but they came in a small car

They were rude and actually told me that if I wasn’t happy to take a cab. Would not use again as service was that bad! My pickup was scheduled for 90 mins after my flight got in

I have used Viator for airport pickup/drop off, tours in Italy, Norway, Amsterdam and Aruba with now complaints at all. This past trip there was no one there. We had to search for our pick up and when we found him he still had to call our driver. The experience was awful and I should be refunded for such horrible service

The ride back to the airport was over an hour late picking us up! They lied and said they came pass 2times we were in the lobby outside with the bell men calling and calling . Then the ride shows up letting out another passenger. Do it appears he left us to go get another person

Joanna was born in Aruba and very educated on the culture of Aruba. There was an accident on our way to the Hotel and she was able to find another way and avoid the traffic jam.

I used this transfer company for my round trip transfer to my hotel. I came in an hour early and one call had a driver at the airport within 15 minutes. Easy to deal with. Very friendly and courteous drivers.

Would not recommend! Chaotic process and car was not ready when we arrived. The person said he needed to call the driver and we stood around for 40 mins before we ended up taking a readily available taxi.

We were meet y a representatives right after customs. The had our name displayed on an iPad so it was easy to find them. And we promptly got in the vehicle and we were off to our resort. Angelo was a great driver and we talked a lot about the island and things we should not miss. A very enjoyable experience highly recommended.

Our overall experience was good. Our flight was delayed but they informed us that they would be tracking our flight and that the driver would be waiting for us in arrivals. However, they were not there and we had to wait quite a while. With the help of a kind airport worker, he got in contact with the company and they came to pick us up. Returning to the airport at the end of our stay, there were no issues. Our driver coming back was Ziggy. He was wonderful. Both drivers we had were kind, assisted us with our luggage, and shared some valuable information with us about the island. I would recommend this company for airport pick-ups/drop-offs.
