We only harvest and use vegetables from March to October at the rooftop garden. This is because the weather is cold from November to February. We have a class while watching the chef's demonstration. We learn 2 dishes. We make tofu stew with soft tofu and Korean pancakes with vegetables. We also make dipping sauce. We eat after we make it.

Drawing inspiration from this cultural heritage, our ceremony includes a calligraphy activity where guests can express their tea experience through brush and ink. This thoughtful practice not only adds a creative dimension to the session, but also offers a tangible keepsake that captures the spirit of stillness and reflection.

This experience is not simply about arranging flowers, but about understanding the deeper aesthetics behind them. Rooted in the concept of Seon (line), you’ll explore how simplicity, balance, and intention shape each composition. Set in a quiet teahouse, the experience offers a calm and intimate atmosphere that encourages focus and reflection. It also concludes with tea, allowing you to gently transition from creating to a state of calm.
