We had an amazing day with Salah! He was so knowledgeable and we learned so much about the history, culture and current events in the area. Both the floating village and elephants were a big hit with the kids as well. We would highly recommend the tour and especially Salah!

Two Activity Day - Excellent
Time with the elephants in the forest sanctuary was an incredible experience. We prepared their food, fed them, walked with them and watched them frolic in the water--such gentle giants. And the staff prepared for us a wonderful lunch. The afternoon on the lake was also really interesting. We observed the stilt houses, the markets and visited a unique pagoda, where my guide helped me understand some history of Buddhism. He was excellent and very accomodating. All in all, a day with many memories

Must do experience
Amazing experience to feed and walk with the elephants through the forest. Lucky enough to see one elephant play the water. Small groups of about 15 people was great. Lunch was plentiful and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

Honorable Experience of a Lifetime
It was an awesome experience to be amongst the largest land mammal. To be able to be even allowed to be amongst their presents was simply an honor. To touch and feel the hair follicles on their foreign skin was truly astonishing. They are highly sensitive animal which are truly connected to the earth we share. I highly recommend it.

Great tour experience
Our guide Sothoun was knowledgeable and friendly. Told us about local culture on the drives and at the fishing village. The elephant experience was amazing and a highlight of our whole trip! Getting to feed, pet, and walk with them as they look for food along the forest trails was a super memorable experiment.

Hilarious tour guide!
I would say feeding the elephants was the highlight but a close 2nd would be the guide's humour throughout the tour. I hope I remember his name correctly but Seth was hilarious. Seth is a student and I felt like I was the only one laughing at his jokes but that's ok :). Anyway, it was an awesome opportunity to get so close to the animals. Great tour!
