Overview

Learning to sail usually means signing up for a full course before getting near the helm. Join a skipper and a small group on Sydney Harbour to help set the sails and take a turn steering. Anyone who prefers a slower pace can sit back and take in the views from the deck.

We are in Manly and very easy to get to. If you arrive via ferry then head out of the ferry entrance and turn right, walk along the beach front until you reach the yacht club. Our office is located on the wharf overlooking the water. We start our lessons on the wharf below Manly Yacht club.

This was perfect for us- just the two of us with a great guide/sailor. Great fun on the water- guests can do as much or as little as they want. We thought the price was reasonable also

George did a great job. Terrific introduction to sailing. Great way to see the harbor. The office is in pier level (Uber dropped us off up top) in case that helps anyone. Terrified day.

We learned all the major tasks for sailing a small sailboat and got tons of guided practice at each station. It was both a great learning and leisure experience as the sights were also spectacular.
