The most fun I have ever had. Definitely recommend dark clothes and wearing a swimsuit under. The cave was beautiful and super refreshing. Would highly recommend. Jesus was the best guide ever, super energetic and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back to do again in the future.

Didn't get to go. Ticket time stated 9 am but pickup was 8:05. I was tod the day of what time was pickup but they didn't stayed who they were and I had them confused with another excursion. Pickup time should be a stated the day you plan your trip not just before your trip when you have a lot going on and simply want to enjoy your time.

We would like to clarify, for the benefit of future travelers, that the time that appears at the time of booking corresponds to the start of the activity, not the pick-up time. Pick-ups start in advance because we go through different hotels and all participants must arrive at our base before the start of the tour to register, receive safety instructions and learn the correct use of equipment.
The exact pick-up time is sent in advance and is also available in the reservation information. In this case, unfortunately the client was not ready at the indicated time and it was not possible to wait any longer without affecting the experience of the rest of the group.

Our group was looking for a good excursion away from our resort…this was perfect! Our guides and their whole crew were so great!! We had fun driving the buggies, checking out local products and experiencing the cave as well as the beautiful beach. Well worth the money if you’re looking for something different to do. We brought along our own bandannas and our sunglasses worked fine. It was a really dusty ride. Thanks for a fun time!!

it was new experience. the experience of asv is as advertised but cenote was very crowded and Macoa beach was oggd but we stayed for little while. I feel like it could have been longer as we spend lot of time in the main office a lot

I chose this tour because of the good reviews and was less expensive. Although it was way cheaper than many other tours the picture package was very expensive. The guides were fun and engaging. It also seemed very rushed but that was all the tours because many other groups were there. Also make sure you have cash for everything if not you will paying significantly more.

The driver sent us a txt the night before to let us know that he will be picking us up at the security gate from the hotel, seriously? The security gate is like 1-2 miles away from the hotel entrance 🤬. I txt back to see if he could pick us up at the entrance, like any other tour guide would do, but no response. We lost the money, but we scheduled it with another company that did pick us up at the hotel main entrance.

I've been on quite a few excursions over the years, including cultural tours and buggy tours, and this one offered the best value by far. You get so much for the price, and the entire experience was fun, well organized, and memorable.
The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time. It was the perfect mix of adventure, scenery, and local culture.
A couple of tips: bring sunglasses and a bandana—you'll be glad you did! They'll help keep the dust out, and you'll save money by bringing your own instead of buying them there.
Highly recommend this tour if you're looking for a great experience at an excellent value!

We were told by Viator customer service that transportation would pick us up at our hotel 20 minutes before our tour was scheduled. We waited for 45 minutes and no one showed up. The next day we were told that transportation came an hour before the tour time so we weren’t able to experience the tour or get a refund from the tour company.

If you're looking for a fun excursion that doesn't take up your entire day, this is the one! My family and I had an amazing time. The 3-hour experience was the perfect length and packed with activities.
Our tour guide was outstanding—thorough, energetic, and entertaining. He made safety a priority from start to finish while keeping everyone engaged and having fun.
The excursion included a fascinating overview of the local Dominican culture, an unforgettable swim and cave dive into crystal-clear 25-foot-deep water, and about 40 minutes to relax at a beautiful beach. Every stop was enjoyable and well organized.
I really appreciated that we got to experience so much without sacrificing an entire day of our vacation. It was absolutely worth it, and I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Punta Cana!

While the tour operators are fun, each stop had its own concerns. I have been around the caribbean and have gone on many tours.And while this one was fun writing the buggies, each of these stops felt like a tourist trap and being harassed for money and donations. Totally understand that DR is an island and this is a potential behavior but it created an atmosphere that for being on vacation not warranted. Then at the end of the tour instead of asking us about our opinion they wanted us to write a five star review. Im all for marketing but when its fair. I would still advise to take the tour but be prepared. Also, the bikes dont have brake lights so pay attention.

Fun but beware…. As a couple it’s doable. You will get dirty wach stop is an attempt to sell you things I don’t mind as much as the haggling in between even little cute kiddos. Our tour guide was amazing Alexis was amazing and our photographer Cappuccino was also amazing. We felt very safe with him and he gave us tips when we arrived to the beach. The car had to be hotwired and there aren’t any real seatbelt and you will get dirty bring wipes, goggles and scarf or mask. Communication was great with the company regarding scheduling a ride to and from the hotel.

They make you to buy goggles &scarfs so bring your own &they make the price high! I have never paid $35 for a pair of goggles or $20 for a none designer scarf to cover my mouth in dirt!.
Other than than them charging high prices for souvenirs ($85 for a wooden figurine) the ride was amazing! They tried to charge me$400 for pictures from the excursion but when I walked out, they charged me $60. Wow. I've been to Dominican Republic a few times so I know they were extremely overpriced.

Bring your own mouth covering. You do not need to buy their goggles. Glasses are just fine. You will get muddy, possibly Dusty you do not spend much time at your destinations. They are very crowded. You feel obligated to buy from their vendors. One of our buggies broke down and the kids had to jump on quads. It was later fixed and they went back in the buggy. We did not get to go to the Sanota just a cave that was incredibly crowded so crowded. I didn’t even wanna jump in. I would definitely do this tour because it is fun. Just wish we had more time. It was only 2 1/2 hours long. It would’ve been nice to be given water or something like that during the activity.

We booked the tour and waited more than 1/2 hr over the time for pick-up We were told the driver got lost although we had sent our location. The guys doing the actual tour that was something else, so the guy leading the tour was ok but the guy bringing up the rear was something else, halfway through the first leg he stopped me and two other persons allowing some other buggies to pass then he called around the other two buggies and left me at the back completely seperated from my coworkers and then wanted to push me to drive extremely fast to catch up with everyone after he had allowed more than 10 other buggies between me and everyone else. I drive a truck back home and regardless that this is fun you don't throw caution to the wind. I'd expect that safety would still be in play, we didn't get helmets to begin with I don't know that their was any insurance, you signed some disclaimer and then they set out the cost for the different parts of the vehicle if damaged yet they want you to throw caution to the wind. Its bad enough that they drive so horribly but they also expect you to do the same. Then came time to pay for the pics they cant tell you how many pics the album should contain They give you several duplicated pics and makes it as though you are getting a lot of pictures and they were not everywhere taking the pics to ensure you get a good mix either. Additionally why cant you know how much the pics will cost before leaving so you can make a decision. The pics cost almost 2 times more than the tour itself and these are not prints they are just digital - very ridiculous. The experience in and of itself would be very fun without these drawbacks that put a damper on it. Don't know if I would recommend this particular place but then again they may all operate the same way. The goal seems to be - "rip off " as much US$ as possible from the visitors.
