If you do not require a transfer to the park, we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the selected shift, so we can guarantee your participation in the activity. We have a parking area where you can park your vehicle.

This experience was so much fun and beautiful. The sacred river was like nothing I had seen before so pretty. Once you get to the park they offer cheaper packages that include everything like horseback riding, ziplining and buggy tours. The lunch they offered was delicious and it was a good size for one person.

Buy the entire package that includes everything and do everything. It is a very cool park with a very helpful staff. Would highly recommend….especially if you have kids.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It’s not easy to do in a jungle. Did the Cenote and Polaris ATV experience. Both were a good time. I did not enjoy the 20 minute sales pitch to try to get you to purchase coffee and chocolate in the middle of the excursion. But overall it was a good day.

Booked it for my boys. We were late and they waited. They didn’t have to. Great customer service. I thought there would be a lunch but boys said there wasn’t. They had a blast.

It was fun just because it’s winter time maybe heat the pools just a little ppl would stay longer…also gotta let ppl know there is a high ropes course on the zipline you can’t skip
