Welcoming, knowledgeable guide, offering unexpected insights into the city’s history and culture. Excellent English (although the microphone was a little distorting for me with minor hearing loss - perhaps too close to the mouth). Kept the group together without pressure and moved through a lot of sites without feeling rushed or tedious. The amount of information was just right for two hours on a hot day. Thank you.
Guide did not show up. Need refund. No response . Contacted company for refund , very disappointed. No one was there to fill in
The tour guide did not message to advise it was cancelled and we only found out because they didn’t turn up. Very very poor communication and very disappointing that we were let down in such a manner.
I invited a friend to show the best of Bordeaux. This made me look very stupid as we stood there like idiots waiting for someone to turn up

Hello, our guide was there and a tour did take place. We tried multiple times to contact you but to no success
Guide was a no show…..wrote message to the company who wrote me back saying the meeting spot had changed, could have messaged me before to let me know! Went to the new meeting spot was told someone would be holding a flag no one there holding a flag! Anyway heard a guide speaking English joined the tour, left a tip at the end however have no idea what company the guide worked for.
The walking tour was exceptional, conducted at a comfortable and unhurried pace. Caz demonstrated extensive knowledge and was readily available to address all inquiries. Following the tour, Caz provided excellent recommendations for dining, refreshments, and attractions.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We were able to see the highlights of the city and she ended with recommendations.
Our guide Tammy made the experience so enjoyable. Not only her knowledge of Bordeaux which she shared, but she was extremely positive and engaging. Definitely a must do in Bordeaux.

We had a wonderful walking tour of Bordeaux with Tammi! She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting history, local insight, and hidden gems along the way. You could tell she truly knows Bordeaux inside and out. She navigated the city effortlessly and made getting around easy and enjoyable, which allowed us to relax and fully take in the experience. Tammi’s enthusiasm and expertise brought the city to life. We left feeling like we not only saw Bordeaux, but truly experienced it.

Caz, our guide gave us a very interesting, informative and entertaining tour of the historical sites of Bordeaux.
This was a wonderful way to see the city from a different point of view. The canales and one free drink were a great snack along the way. The guide was a bit hard to hear at times. We got some great photos from this tour.
Great history and general walking tour of Bordeaux from Pascale Rocher. Learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed tour. Very pretty and easy to walk around.
Our tour was cancelled and we didn’t find out until 20 min after we were to begin. The guide never showed and when I called to get info was told it was cancelled. The independent tour told me they told Viator the day before but that info wasn’t passed on to me

This was a nice easy walking tour of Bordeaux! Lila was a great tour guide and gave us suggestions on where to eat and the best historical places to visit. I would highly recommend a tour like this in the first few days of your visit to get acquainted with the city quickly.
Rafael was delightful! It was like having a peaceful stroll with one of our sons. He accommodated our needs and was flexible. Can we stop at this cafe. Of course! Keep in mind, we were on a private tour.
