Top Playa Flamingo Cooking Classes

Guests make chocolate entirely from scratch using single-origin cacao we harvest and process ourselves. This is a true craft-level experience led by the master chocolatier, not a demonstration or tourist activity. Travelers participate in every step (winnowing, refining, tempering, and molding) to create bars they can genuinely say they made themselves.

This workshop takes place inside a real bean-to-bar factory using cacao grown on our own organic farm. Guests taste cacao at every stage—from fresh fruit to roasted beans—and learn directly from our master chocolatier. The guided sensory tasting teaches travelers how professionals evaluate chocolate.
